This Privacy Policy explains how Hatch ("Hatch", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information through our website hatchautomate.com and our internal tool, Hatch Ads Manager.
1. Who we are
Hatch provides automation and AI business solutions. You can contact us at info@hatchautomate.com.
2. Information we collect on our website
* Information you give us, such as your name, email, phone number and message when you contact us.
* Usage data, such as pages visited, browser and device type, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
We use this information to reply to you, provide our services and improve our website.
3. Hatch Ads Manager and Google user data
Hatch Ads Manager is an internal tool that connects to the Google Ads API through Google OAuth. It is used only by Hatch staff.
Data accessed: When a Hatch team member signs in with Google, Hatch Ads Manager requests access to Google Ads (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). It can access only the Google Ads accounts linked to Hatch's manager account by our clients, including:
* Campaign, ad group, keyword, ad and asset settings
* Performance reports: impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and search terms
* Account settings such as locations, schedules and conversion actions
We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
How we use it: Only to manage and report on our clients' Google Ads campaigns at their request: creating and editing campaigns, ads, keywords and assets, and analyzing performance. Changes are reviewed by our team before they are applied.
Storage and security: OAuth credentials are stored securely on Hatch's systems and are accessible only to authorized staff. Report data is kept only as long as needed to provide our services, and no longer than 12 months.
Sharing: We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising and we do not transfer it to third parties, except:
* With the client who owns the Google Ads account
* With service providers that help us operate the tool, under confidentiality obligations: AI tools used by our staff to analyze reports and prepare changes (Anthropic), and the cloud servers where the tool runs
* When required by law
Limited Use: Hatch Ads Manager's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access and deletion: You can revoke Hatch Ads Manager's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Clients can unlink their Google Ads account from Hatch's manager account at any time. To request deletion of stored data, email info@hatchautomate.com and we will delete it within 30 days.
4. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@hatchautomate.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
